no, this is not an uber ego-post @ AU P
i'd like to post this cuz i try humble's ancient raiding with greek, and with 1 lucky wealth ruin i get pwnage ruins. D
however, after my II (i have that big knowledge income that i afforted sci3 before II) i was kinda clueless.... so i started a semi boom, which works, but i kinda lost the initiative after some very succesfull scouting.
so i'd figure to post it here and ask teh humble himself and give him an ego boost lol

I was just rollin a big j of the finest weed I've encountered in many years so lookin forward to viewin this heah rec....
I get te good ideas sometimes but sims and the boys are much better at game autopsies and improvements on ideas.
I'll take a look though.

Hmmm.
I think you got lost going sci 3 in ancient. Com 2 and use market to get your econ going including ancient merchants that get knowledge could have been a better choice. That dye sat there a long time.
Then you could have gone classical faster and utilised cav/despot faster to get attack/raid iniative earlier.
It was a lucky ruin but you pulled the strat off like a pro P

Sweet. I tryna take what mold said on board and deal with feedback better m'self. I actually like doing game autopsies for people though so feel free to post and if my advice is good all good if not no worries.
The new cheaper uni's make things interesting for greeks too in that the 2nd and 3rd scholar can in fact be replaced by another uni (and the completion bonus helping for time lost not having 3 scholars). It never worked before but now the gold numbers are right to have 2 unis and sci 2. However, can it be tweaked to have enough scouting units in time with a 2nd city...
I shall see.
